A chance to meet EXILE ATSUSHI! A backstage event by lottery set to go underway

From 9/11(Fri.) to 9/13(Sun.), we'll be holding EXILE LIVE TOUR 2015 "AMAZING WORLD" in Kyocera Dome Osaka for 3 days.

And to celebrate the release of "Be Brave" by EXILE ATSUSHI + AI, a grand lottery event will be held at the event venue where winners have the chance to win EXILE ATSUSHI's deluxe prizes like an invitation to the backstage event.

Please read the event details and the notice carefully before making an application.

●Deluxe Prizes

Grand prize: An invitation to the backstage event in which you can take a photo with EXILE ATSUSHI! (20 persons in 10 pairs per day)

Prize A: EXILE ATSUSHI's personal item! (1 person per day)

Prize B: Postcard attached with EXILE ATSUSHI's handwritten signature! (10 persons per day)

Prize C: EXILE ATSUSHI A3-sized poster (500 persons per day)

And all the participants will get the EXILE ATSUSHI + AI "Be Brave" postcards!

＜About the backstage event＞

We'll guide the winners to participate in the backstage event after the performance ends. Customers who win this prize may not be able to finish watching the show until the end due to the assembly time for the winners.

Please be advised that those who are late for the assembly will have their invites cancelled despite the circumstances.

(People without the tickets to the live show cannot watch the show.)

*The winner himself/herself needs to finish the reception process at the "reception counter" in the CD sales booth between the opening time to the starting time of the show on the event day. The qualifications of the winners will be deemed invalid if the receptions are not done before the performance starts.

*Winners can only bring one companion to the event. Under this circumstance, the winners need to finish the reception process at the reception counter with the companion together. The winners can also choose to attend this event alone (without a companion).

*Children are also counted as customers regardless of age.

●How to attend the lottery event

On the event day, customers who purchase any one of the designated products at the CD sales booth in the venue can receive a scratch card correspondingly.

You can get prizes based on the matching patterns printed on your scratch card. People without the tickets to the live show can also attend the lottery event.

*There is a limit on the number of the designated products you can purchase for each payment you make. Please confirm the details at the CD sales booth.

*Payment can only be made by cash.

＜Backstage event＞

*About the guidelines after the live show, it will take some time to guide winners to the backstage depending on circumstances. Please be advised that the qualifications of the winners will be deemed invalid once the winners can't participate in the event due to personal reasons like the unfavorable schedule of the transportation facilities.

Please be advised that we will not be held responsible for your return trip home, so make sure to check the schedule of the transportation facilities in advance.

*Customers' personal information will only be used to verify the identity of the lottery winners and to deliver the photos. We will need your personal information (Name, address, phone number) during the reception for the lottery winners. Our company will handle the personal information according to the "Avex Group Privacy Policy" on the webpage below.

*Avex Music Creative Inc. will not be held responsible for any dispute that arises among customers claiming the prizes.

*The photo will be taken by the staff, during which it will only be done once, without any do-overs. And also, it is prohibited to take actions other from taking photos, such as giving presents to the artist or shaking hands with him.

*Since we may need verify the identity of the lottery winners, please bring an ID card attached with name and address to the venue just in case.

*While guiding you backstage, we will check your belongings or use metal detectors to search your body. Thank you for your cooperation.

*Please follow staff's instructions during the event and cooperate with them on keeping the event going smoothly. Your invite may become invalid if the staff considers your actions to be troublesome.

*The backstage event may be terminated or postponed due to natural disasters, artist's unavailability due to health concerns, accidents or other unforeseeable circumstances. 

In such cases, no products can be returned, and no compensation of traffic or accommodation charges will be made. Thank you for your understanding.

＜Other points to remember＞

*The privilege of winning the prizes is only valid for the date printed on the scratch card. Please be sure to exchange the prizes within the designated period on the date printed on the card.

*Anything other than the actual card, even photos and copies are not accepted. Please be advised that your winning will be invalid if you lose your winning scratch card or it is stolen.

*If the patterns on the winning scratch card cannot be recognized by the staff because of water stain, damage and so on, the cards will be considered invalid even if the patterns match. So, please keep the winning scratch card properly before exchanging the prizes.

*Please refrain from forging, reselling, transferring or exchanging winning scratch cards or the privilege of winning the prizes. Once you are caught engaging in these acts, your right to claim the prize will be deemed to be null and invalid by the staff.

【Prohibited Actions】

・Loitering, i.e. camping, staying or assembling etc. around the venue.

・Abusing, threatening or cursing at the artists and/or the staff.

・Entering the venue or joining the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.

・Recording, filming or photographing during the performance or backstage event & bringing equipment into the venue to record, film or photograph the performance or backstage event.
